Fast Turnaround...

We understand demanding deadlines. American Metals takes pride in offering many of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. Normal lead times are 10 working days after receipt of paint and metal. However, if you are challenged with tight schedules, you can be sure we will do everything possible to meet your aggressive deadlines - on time, on budget!

Saving you money, without jeopardizing safety, is at the heart of everything we do. Using pre-coated metal is proven to increase your competitive edge in the production of metal fabricate products. The extra costs associated with post painting (labor, space, insurance, inventories and energy) are eliminated - saving your organization money. Moreover, pre-coated metal provides a superior finish that can be fabricated (drawn, formed, glued and stamped) into your finished product. Since the substrate is cleaned, treated and coated while in a flat state, pre-coated metal provides a more uniform finish than most post-painted products. This helps prevent corrosion in difficult-to-coat areas on finished products.

Furthermore, the waste disposal and environmental considerations of post-painting are eliminated. Committed to safety and maintaining a healthy environment, American Metals effectively addresses these issues with state-of-the-art anti-pollution and waste disposal equipment.

Quality Control...

High quality is job! Prior to processing, your metal is thoroughly checked to ensure it meets your exact specifications. American Metals provides continuous computer monitoring of pre-treatment and cleaning processes for optimum coating and adhesion. We apply uniform coats while closely controlling film thickness +/- .01mils. Each coil is tested for color, gloss, adhesion, hardness and flexibility to ensure it conforms to exact customer requirements.
